Tying Shoes...
Ethan has been really really wanting to learn to tie his shoes. And I've been really really resisting it! Not only does he have some fine motor skill issues to overcome, making it much harder to do things with both hands, but he's also left handed (I'm right). I have practiced with him a bit, but haven't devoted as much time as I do to other important areas of his life!

Way to go Ethan! It's definitely one of the harder things to teach kids. Shoot, I still don't have patience with them and will just tie their shoelaces myself! At least with my boys, even the older ones "don't have the time" to bother tying them very good.
