Ethan has decided to launch his business as a book seller! Through several brainstorming sessions, we came up with Fortunate Books...where EVERY BOOK IS A TREASURE!
We ordered his business cards and labels (the ones pictured above) off Vista Prints. They had lots of templates to choose from, but settled on this beauty since it seems to reflect a vintage, bookish, image! :)
We've spent the past two Saturdays scouring for these treasures under rocks and rainbows and stumbled across some real gems! We've been comparing our prices to sellers on various sites like Amazon and we've been so surprised over some of the deals we have uncovered, and passed on to his customers.
While Ethan does NOT have a facebook account, we did set up an account for Fortunate Books so that the word could be spread (the power of Social Media is amazing!!) and the outpouring of support has been tremendous. He has received lots of notes of encouragement, and several orders already!

Great thinking! I was going to suggest the blog and then I saw that he already has one. I am doing something similar with my kids this year. They each will keep their own blogs and use it for things like their book reports and writing asignments. i figured they could have their own book reviews...
