Grandparents day at TFA

Last Thursday was Grandparents Day at TFA! Unfortunately my dad couldn't be there, but Ashton was well loved by the other sets of grandparents! Nonna and Pop, having 3 grandchildren currently at TFA had to hop from room to room to have equal time with each of them.

Ashton's teacher, Mrs. Parmer, had grammar work for the grandparents to do. Time to brush off the cobweb's regarding grammar! LOL

The class performed "The Ten Commandment Boogie" for everyone. The boys shied away to the back of the group while the girls got jiggy with it! Too cute.


Afterwards they had an assembly in the gymnasium where each class performed and showed education thru their efforts in PE, music and drama. Ashton's class did some tricks with beanbags and small hoops. He told me that he was glad Grandparent's day was over so they could get back to "fun stuff" in PE instead of practicing their beanbag tricks! LOL
